Order Cancellation — Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged Products — If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
Returns — Firecrackers are generally non-returnable due to their safety and regulatory nature. Returns may be accepted only in cases approved by Popup Crackers.
Refunds & Replacements — Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after verification. Refunds will be made through the original payment method where applicable.
Wrong or Missing Items — If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, contact us promptly. After verification, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
